Laura Duket, being sworn, states as follows:

1. I am a Joint-Petitioner in this matter.

2. The Joint-Petitioner Jacob Stephenson and I were divorced on July 28, 2015. In the
Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment of Divorce, I was granted
primary placement of our minor child and Mr. Stephenson was granted placement
every other weekend and non-overnight placement on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

3. For at least three years since the divorce, Mr. Stephenson has not exercised his
Tuesday and Thursday placement. Further, he has many adult roommates living him
such that our 13-year-old daughter does not have private sleeping space in the house,
such as her own bedroom. Our daughter does not feel comfortable living with non-
family adult males in the house with no private space to retreat to when she feels
uncomfortable.

4. Our daughter has been diagnosed with ADHD, mood disorder, and has been seeing
counselor Chelsea McGuire with Family Services.

5. Recently, our daughter’s counselor related to me that the living situation at Mr.
Stephenson’s home was so chaotic, unstable, and stressful to our daughter that I

should not be allowing our daughter to have overnight placement with Mr.
Stephenson.

6. I am not able to discuss this situation with Mr. Stephenson; he has been verbally and
emotionally abusive in his communication with me – swearing at me and calling me
vulgar names. I am very concerned how he may be similarly communicating with
our daughter.

7. I am asking the court to reduce Mr. Stephen’s placement to non-overnight

placement, to order that our daughter shall not have unsupervised contact with adult
males living in Mr. Stephenson’s home, and to order that the parties communicate
solely via OurFamilyWizard except in an emergency situation.

8. Your affiant makes this Affidavit in support of the concurrently filed Notice of
Motion and Motion for Revision of Judgment.
