Before You Begin

Ensure you have pocketed your planner, pencil, pleasures and pride for this new
beginning. They belong to your kinless empire. I consider this day and every beginning that you
lay your hands on, a new era for taking your flight and traversing in your infinite skies. The sky
might not belong to you but the flight is yours, wings are your own and the flutter must be a
choice completely of your own. Even on the toughest days and tardiest moments of your life, I
have always seen a weave of confidence and persistence in your eyes; then be known that I have
not stopped believing in you since the day it gestated. As two persons not ready to die down with
the actualities of the world, no matter what eventualities and realities of this baseless, limited
and temporal life hold within it for each of us, your purpose and my sense of belief in you deserve
a special mention here.
It always matters that you have not given upon the nerves of hope that hold you together
when this cruel world and the people in it try to break you down. It is important that you greet
every morning with a smile, meet the heat of the noon with your insurmountable resilience and,
in the evening, retire to your bed with a smile accompanying the fatigue sprouting from
satisfaction for having done your part on the date. Beware: this pursuit, that you have
undertaken, is not for transcendence or material almightiness—your quest is for excellence
through education, skill and knowledge. Wisdom without knowledge is useless but knowledge
without wisdom is dangerous; it is a perilous pursuit to damned destinations. Education imparts
knowledge not wisdom; material objects bring luxury not necessarily comfort; people around
make a crowd not a company always. Needless to admit the utmost vitality of the selections you
make which I always yearn you to choose your wisdom, comfort and company after due
consultations with your heart and not let the emotions ride your pursuits. I can understand the
sense of eagerness in your uncompromised soul that has long been in search of a place of refuge
to call it a day and find a speck of relief at some distance from this world of men and material. I
admit your soul often feels if not offended, more exhausted by this unceasing swerve of day and
night. Before you give an undeserved respect to the thought of giving up, let me blurt louder:
DON’T YOU DARE TO QUIT. You will have to bring out the most of your proactiveness to break
out of the toxic patterns of people, loathsome moments and untimely interventions in your
peace. Work out with your creative integrity to sail through this sea of torment you have been
surrounded by. Humility is the key to solace. If you keep on wearing this above every attire,
serenity is never going to part you and satisfaction with come as a consequent realisation. Never
let it go, never call it a day, and do not expect dividends from a market that does not understand
your value.
Lastly, I pray that you make your way to excellence on the back of your own stealth, script
and sway. For that, you will require umpteenth standards of discipline in your time management,
resourcefulness and devotion. I wish the best in every worst. Be VICTORIOUS.
