1. THAT sometime on , the undersigned surrendered his

driver’s license to the Security Guard at the Arlegui Gate in the Malacanang
Compound to pray at the National Shrine of St. Jude Thaddeus;

2. THAT the undersigned was not able to get license he surrendered to the
security guard because the latter was then elsewhere;

3. THAT the undersigned returned the next day but was told by the security
guard that he had misplaced his license;

4. THAT the undersigned exerted diligent efforts to locate his driver’s license to
no avail and is therefore considered the same as lost and can no longer be
found;

5. THAT the undersigned is hereby executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth
of the foregoing facts and to use the same for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.

This DEED OF SALE is made and executed this day of , 2022

NENITA VILLA, of legal age, widow, and a resident of No. 3156

Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision, Parañaque City, and hereinafter referred
to as the VENDOR.

ANDREA VILLA, CARINA VILLA AND CARISSA VILLA, all of legal

age, single and residents of No. 3156 Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision,
Parañaque City, and hereinafter referred to as the VENDEES.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the owner of a house and lot registered under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 67890 of the Register of Deeds of Parañaque City
and situated at No. 3156 Bayswater Street, Metro Ville Subdivision, Parañaque
City;

WHEREAS, the VENDOR offered to sell the aforesaid property and the
VENDEES agreed to purchase the same;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Three Million Pesos

(₱3,000,000.00), the VENDOR sells, transfers, and conveys unto the VENDEES,
their heirs, assigns and successor-in-interest, the above described property, free
from any liens or encumbrances, under the following terms:

1. The VENDEES shall be required to tender a down payment amounting to

One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) on and the
remaining balance to be paid once the title to the property was transferred to
the VENDEES;

2. All the taxes, fees, and costs related to the sale would be for the account of
the VENDOR while those related to the transfer of title would be paid by the
VENDEES;
