SUBJECT: STRENGTHENING OF ONGOING CRASH ACTIVITY ON EPI


ROUTINE IMMUNISATION IN CATCHMENT UNION COUNCILS OF
REHRI DRAIN.

Please refer to subject matter cited above. Keeping in view the detection of
poliovirus in environmental samples collected from Rehri drain Bakhtawar village of Malir
district, your office is required to prepare 05-day robust plans on strengthening of ongoing crash
activity on EPI routine immunisation in catchment union councils (Rehri, Muslimabad,
Muzaffarabad, Cattle Colony) of aforementioned drain under DEOC support by Monday 12th
September 05.00 PM to put the same in place from Tuesday 13th September, without fail. Each
and every eligible child of said area be inoculated with prescribed antigens under daily status
reporting to EPI Directorate.
