GRI 404: Training and Education

Human resource is one of the meaningful assets for KangaTech Incorporation, and if the

company invests in this sector of the business, it will be a significant contribution of

KangaTech to achieve organizational success. Therefore, KangaTech has allocated a

particular capital in the shape of investment in its employees' training and education.

Equipping the employees with training and development programs improves their skills as it

is ultimately beneficial for organizational growth. The standard of providing training will

comply with the Employment and Workplace Relations policies of Australia (Safari & Areeb,

2020). KangaTech needs to realize its workforce about the values of the company and its

policies so that they can work effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, KangaTech will offer

paid educational leaves to the employees, and the training topics will be specific. The

employees will be paid on an hourly basis during the training as per the employee category

(Anugerah et al., 2020). Reminding workers who are nearing retirement that they will be

supported through this transition can boost their morale and enhance their working

relationships going forward (Anugerah et al., 2020). Finally, KangaTech Incorporation's

training programme serves as a way to monitor how often the company evaluates its

employees' performance and to alleviate the disparity in access to opportunities (Safari &

Areeb, 2020).
