❖ Human Resource Management Strategy
▪ Finding: Missing of organizational analysis in needs assessment.
Recommendation: Three factors need to be considered before choosing training.
1. Support of the managers and peers
2. Company’s strategy
3. Availability of training resources
▪ Finding: Lack of selecting training method.
Recommendation:
1. Presentation Methods: Traditional classroom instruction, distance learning, and
audiovisual training
2. Hands-on-Methods: Simulations, case studies, behaviour model, web-based
training etc.
▪ Finding: No informal learning
Recommendation: Employee can also follow informal learning for effectively develop
tacit knowledge. Formal training programs can help employees acquire explicit
knowledge.
