 Why Do You Want To Go To College?

I have always wanted to be a part of a college to sharpen my mind as a person. This

written assignment makes me cheerful to share some reasons why I want to go to college. I have

at least three reasons for wanting to go to college. The first reason relates to my future as a leader

managing large communities; the skills I will learn will help me in this aspect. The second

reason is that learning at a college or university like the University of the People as an online

university will help me develop my ability to learn and analyze how the students interact on the

same topic when they share their opinions or thoughts about it. (This method of peer-to-peer

learning is interesting in that case). The last reason is when I compare high school and college. I

can see that they are different. There are many things that colleges bring that high schools do not.

Pursuing college is an opportunity where some people can come to improve their skills and make

them better men or women. I am absolute sure that the experience that I am going to do at

University of the People will be valuable to me now and in the future.
