Good day!

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela – Rover Scout will be conducting Skills

Enhancement Training for the new aspirants starting on November 13, 20, 27, & December
4, 11, 2022 at PLV-Maysan Campus. This Skills enhancement training would like to open an
opportunity to new aspirants to learn scouting ways. The Skills enhancement training aims the
following:

• Uplift the aspirant’s spirituality and strengthen his resolve to live clean and righteous, a
keen example of true Rover.
• Make an impression upon him and those witnessing the ceremony.
• Spend a day in self-examination and solitary communion, preparatory to accepting the
responsibilities of a full-fledged Rover.
• Formally invested as full-fledged Rovers.
• Create a camaraderie among the members of the PLV-Rover Scout

In this regard, we are asking your permission to allow your son/daughter in the said activity. We
would be very grateful to have your son/daughter as one of the participants in the said activity.
