Management Plan

PHILOSOPHICAL STATEMENT

I will make sure to be able to produce a


learning environment. By discipline to be
applied for them that will be a necessary
inside the classroom. I want the students will
honest with me and to be a second parent for
my students.

CLASSROOM RULES AND PROCEDURES

As for the classroom, asking them listen to my


discussions, raise your right hand to answer or
share information, tell the truth and finish all
the activities and homework on time. For the
online class, to tell them to open their camera
and if unstable to the internet, it should be
cooperative as long as they call for
participation.

TEACHER-STUDENT RELATIONSHIPS

I will treat the students to be fairly and


respected. I will teach them moral and to be
obedient with others. I would use a positive
words to be useful for interacting. I will instruct
them how to speak and to listen very well. I will
advise them that I am their teacher and they
are my students, so they must keep me
informed of any progress.

SCHEDULES AND TIMEFRAMES

In terms of scheduling and time, I will


organize my class schedule. I will be on time
for my classes in terms of the subject that I
would be teach in different grade level inside
the classroom.

I will provide instructional materials that I will


support in the growth and development of
my students in order to design a conducive
learning environment in my classroom. I will
also use some technology that we will use in
class on a daily basis. Furthermore, in my
classroom, I will end anything that can aim ,
stress and distractions inside the classroom.

secured, in terms of having any concerns
posting a cellphone number in case of
emergency and prohibiting students leaving
school during class hours to make sure safe.

I will give an instructions for every activity


they will do, and I will also give them a
reward for a very important achievement.
Discuss with them what consequences
they might get when they do something
inappropriate.
