What is the impact of pandemic to health, fitness, and wellness
relating to your personal experiences?
The Impact of the pandemic to my health, fitness, and
wellness; during the pandemic I became physically inactive, lazy, and always eating unhealthy foods. I became fat in a span of just a year. I noticed that I am not as energetic and slim as I was before. I am always sleepy and tired, and always hungry. In the early months of 2022, I started to change my lifestyle: By eating healthy and always exercising every morning like jogging, Zumba, and riding a bicycle. I fixed my sleeping schedule and did more chores at home to stretch out my muscles. In the span of 9 months this year, I have noticed that I had lost weight or fats that I have gained since the start of the pandemic. The pandemic had shown me what it is like to experience being unhealthy, physically unfit, unwell to being healthy, physically fit and well.
