OBSERVATION

It was discovered that the clove oil was inserted with a syringe into the Nile tilapia before the
dissection of the fish began and placed in a small tray for a clear view for drawing of the external
part. In addition, the fish scales were peeled away with a scalpel, and the gills were cut open for
display. After that, the fish was dissected, and the scale was cut in a shape where every part of
the organ showcasing inside the fish was taken off, and inside the fish, its organs were
surrounded together, giving it a bad view of the internal part. As a result, the organs that
surround the inside of the fish's body were carefully removed with a scalpel and placed in a tray
where its organ needed to be stretched out carefully in order to have a clear view of what the
internal part (anatomy) of the Nile fish showcase for the drawing.

DISCUSSION
The Nile tilapia fish was injected with clove oil because it acts as an anesthetic and immobilizes
it for handling, sorting, tagging, artificial reproduction procedures, and surgery, as well as to
suppress sensory systems during invasive procedures and to show where the heart is located
inside the fish because it is white in color. The fish were dissected because this practice was
given to us to have an idea what the internal of the fish show all the organ present inside and the
organ inside stretch out which take one must be able to identify the part and its location.

CONCLUSION
It was concluded that we have been able to dissect the fish which reveal it internal part in the
case we take out the organ successfully for showcasing for the drawing. Furthermore, we was
able to identify the external part and the internal part of the Nile tilapia as well as identify them
and find where they located.
