AFFIDAVIT OF NO OBJECTION

I, NASIB SUMALI RADI, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of General Santos City, after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the registered owner of Lot 3-1-B, PSD-11-058893 A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT
3-B-1, PSD-11-058893), BEING A PORTION OF LOT 3-B, PSD-116303-035213,
SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAKAR CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS; ISLAND OF
MINDANAO, CONTAINING AN AREA OF FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY
SIX (4,226) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS;

2. That as of the present I have no plan to utilize said parcel of land including the
building erected thereon for any purpose, I hereby manifest my no objection or
opposition to the use of the same by my daughter MUSLIMA RADI MAMA for her
business NR Plaza;

3. That the use by my daughter MUSLIMA RADI MAMA of the aforesaid parcel of land
and building for her business is FREE OF RENT or without any monetary
consideration;

4. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, free from
any duress or threat, out of our own free will and for whatever legal purposes this
may serve.
