Topic: Write about why dieting makes people fat.

Women mostly get fat and have very strict diets, but no matter how hard they try, they all gain
weight and weight no matter what. Now, I would like to tell you why.

When you get fat, the first thing that you need to do is to lose weight. But how? By making a
diet list, you can see what foods you need to eat and what you don’t need to eat. But if you are
a housewife or you don’t have to worry about anything, then you can do your diet fluently.
Some people can’t handle following the diet rules, so they have to pay some money to go to
the gym or do yoga, etc. If they’re not short of money, they do everything to make themselves
thin again.

So, I was just talking about some people that are "rich" actually. But if they’re short of
money, so that’s the point. So, it’s opposite to the people that are rich. The poor need to make
money, think of a source to buy food for their children, etc. That makes them stressed.
Whenever you want to eat on a diet but you’re stressed, you’re going to be fatter. But why?
Because stress hormones act on the cells to increase abdominal fat and also in lots of other
parts of your body. Furthermore, when you worry about your weight, it also means that you
will gain weight later, when you get older. So, when you’re on a diet, the first thing that you
need to remember is to not stress during that time. Because if you stress, you can gain a lot
more weight than you can ever imagine.

In short, dieting is a popular way to lose weight nowadays, but many people stress a lot, so
that’s why you can’t stress during dieting. Otherwise, you’re going to gain a lot of weight.
