About
Risersnext
Having the motto “Bridging the skills gap”, Risersnext Learning and Development is one of the
emerging skills development companies in Bangladesh. It has been working relentlessly since
its inception in 2019 providing soft skills, hard skills, and life skills training to the youth of
Bangladesh. Being a 360-degree skills development platform, it has served several national,
international, and government companies to develop skills of their personals. Risersnext
Online English Language Consultancy (ROELC), a sister concern of Risersnext L&D, is the first
online English language club in Bangladesh. Since 2020, ROELC has been operating an online
Free English language club for the Bangladeshis of all around the globe.

Cambridge CELTA certified, Md. Ashikuzzaman is one of the most promising Competency
Based Soft Skills and Corporate Trainers in Bangladesh. He- armed with knowledge, skills and
expertise- is the Founder & CEO of RisersNext Learning & Development. He is the first to serve
in any international organization in Bangladesh as
the Soft Skills Consultant for South East Asia in
Wadhwani Foundation. He also worked as a soft
skills consultant at BSDA- Bangladesh Skills
Development Academy. Earlier he played the same
role at Ernst & Young LLP, LICT, ICT Division.

Md. Ashikuzzaman did his MA in English Language

Teaching (ELT) from Jahangirnagar University. He
has a Postgraduate Diploma in Soft Skills
Development certified by EduPro UK and
Professional Diploma for Learning & Development
certified by STADA, Singapore.

He is a prominent figure in popularizing soft skills

among the young generation coming from many
parts of Bangladesh.

Having 12+ years of hands-on experience from conducting over 15,000

hours of training-both online and offline, he is fully equipped with all the skills
needed to be a 21st century soft skills & English Language trainer. With High EQ &
