CLEAN IT.
The most successful plants were English Ivy, the Money plant and the Peace
Lily, so next time you’re out shopping, get some of these species for your home
and office. In addition, plants give out oxygen, which makes them a double
whammy health kick. Remember, nature didn’t happen by accident!
So, is breathing clean air effective enough? Well, there’s one more thing you
can do, that is to …
As you can see, in nature, if water doesn’t regularly fall from the sky or flow from
its sources, rivers dry up and the land starts to suffer. The good news is that
even if you’re not drinking much water at the moment, starting a habit of drinking
8-12 or more large glasses of water per day will begin having an effect on you
very quickly. You will sleep better, heal better, feel more alert, and toxins will
speed up their path through your body.
It’s not an exact science, however, if you aim to drink at least 3 litres of water per
day, or 8 glasses, then you’ll be doing well.
On the flip side, if you choose not to drink clean, natural water regularly, just be
aware that like in nature, when water stagnates, it becomes sluggish and loses
oxygen. Often, it warms up and becomes more toxic and when it happens to
blood in our arteries, that is what causes heart attacks.
As much as you may love your coffee, cola and other drinks, your 8 glasses
of water per day can only include pure water. Be careful of products that call
themselves water but are obviously not. In some countries, there are products
called Vitamin Water, which contain over 30g of sugar per bottle, which is only 9g
less than a can of Coca-Cola. That sugar is pure refined sugar with no nutrient or
vitamin content and particularly toxic to your system, as is all refined sugar – the
number 1 most highly addictive legal drug on the market (grab a copy of Sugar
Blues or similar books if you want to know the truth about sugar).
CHLORINE
You make up your own mind if fluoride or chlorine is good for you, by
a basic water filter however, I can tell you that I filter my water. At a
minimum, but seriously consider filter systems for your household
water (including your shower) and minimise your consumption of
water in plastic bottles – that’s a whole other story!
Fasting and Enemas are two other important ways you can use water
to cleanse, and I’ll talk about them more specifically on tylertolman.

amazing aqueducts and bath houses to bring it to them and bathe in

Exercise
ACCORDING TO THE ANCIENT EGYPTIANS,
SPIRIT WITHOUT MATTER IS EXPRESSIONLESS
AND MATTER WITHOUT SPIRIT IS
MOTIONLESS. WITHOUT THE USE OF YOUR
BODY, YOU ARE SIMPLY A MIND. WITHOUT A
MIND, YOU ARE SIMPLY A PIECE OF MEAT.
The word exercise comes from the Latin exercere, meaning to
drive on or to keep.
When we exercise our muscles, they are used to lift weight or move
the body part involved; since that part is being used, it continues to
grow. Atrophy (the action of natural wasting) is an active part of being
human. If you’ve ever known someone who has been incapacitated
due to an accident, you’ll be aware that the body parts they couldn’t
use deteriorated. As with everything in nature, we’re either growing or
we’re dying. Plants and trees are either in a state of growth, usually by
adding new leaves, branches, flowers and fruit or they’re dying. (Even
in winter, plants continue to grow, but this growth is slower as they
have to use their reserves till the warmer months come.)
- Most people today consume excessive fast and highly processed - When something oxidises, it rusts.
foods whilst remaining inactive, and this results in extra weight. - When we exercise, our cells continuously regenerate more quickly so
- Imagine carrying all your furniture in your car wherever you go. oxidisation happens more slowly.
- Unnecessary weight puts additional stress on the suspension, - When we are stagnant, our blood doesn’t get a chance to move around our

Similarly, the more kms we put on a car, the quicker the parts will age.

SLOW AND SLEEPY VS ENERGISED
AND ACTIVE
Our bodies are a bit like a dynamo. Have you noticed that people who are
active, have even more energy for life compared to people who sit around
and complain all the time and hardly lift a finger to activate their muscles
and organs? It is unfortunate, however, that people tend to get in to habits
and without a significant event happening in their lives to wake them up, they
often remain that way until something goes wrong.
There are two types of exercise: internal and external. Both are very impor-
tant for health and examples are shown below:
INTERNAL EXTERNAL
EXERCISES EXERCISE

1. SPEED UP
Strolling at a moderate pace has important health benefits
but brisk walking is a better way to lose weight. If you find it
tough to talk or you’re covering around 3km in 30 minutes,
then that’s a great pace.
Walking fast allows you to cover more ground and work more
muscles than walking slow. At a very quick pace, you’ll burn
almost as many calories as you do while jogging, with less
stress on your body.

2. INVEST MORE TIME
Most people think that walking three times a week for 30 minutes at a
time is the magic weight-loss formula. Researchers found that people
who were successful at weight loss did so by walking about an hour a
day, almost every day of the week.
Two easy ways to change your pace include: if you walk in your
neighbourhood, try changing your pace at every other street sign or
park bench. If you walk on a track, walk one speed on the straights
and another on the curves.
4. WALK UP AN INCLINE
Another way to burn more calories is to add an incline or stairs to your
walk. This not only increases your calorie expenditure but also tones
the muscles in your buttocks and thighs because it demands more
from your legs.
Find a natural hill or use the stairs in a local park or stadium. You can REMEMBER, EVEN WHEN YOU’RE ON THE RIGHT TRACK,
also use a treadmill and adjust the incline.
IF YOU DON’T KEEP MOVING, YOU’LL GET RUN OVER!

Passion
It’s Tuesday on an average week … you’ve been to work and been
doing the same old same old. You get home and prepare something
ordinary to eat and after consuming a little too much again, you sit
down with a sweet desert and a drink to watch some TV and just do
‘nothing’. Your energy levels are low and the thought of sleeping is
highly appealing. You may fall asleep on the couch or make it to bed,
where you drift off.
Your alarm wakes you on Wednesday morning and since you’re feeling
a bit muggy, you hit Snooze … twice, and think about your workload in
the day ahead. Next thing, you hear Buzz Buzz Buzz, and you’re having
to force yourself out of bed so you’re not late for work … again.
Now let’s take that same scenario and change just one tiny thing …
instead of work on Wednesday morning, you are actually going on
holiday somewhere you’ve been looking forward to for a long time. You
are going with your partner or some great friends and you have heaps
of spending money. Everything is planned and all you have to do is
get to the airport. Take a deep breath and imagine that holiday for a
moment…
Follow your passions … yeah, we’ve all heard 7. What do you think about?

AND A PRISON TO YOUR SPIRIT … 12. What are your goals?

when you feel most alive. What makes you feel creative, happy, free

and avoids the influence of your mind. Your passion will be related to
your values. Now that you have your passion in mind, it’s time to start making it
happen. This is actually the easiest part of the process so far.
By this point, you should be starting to get a little excited. Even the act
of thinking about how cool it would be to actually love what you do Commit to setting aside 21 minutes per day to work on your pas-

tion or Helping others.
Here’s how you might fill your 21 minutes (a Word document may be a
great way to store your information and add to it over time):
1. Write about what you like about your passion and what comes easy
to you.
2. Research the work of others who are effectively using your passion
in their lives.
3. Teach your passion to friends … or anyone who will listen!
4. Study and research different methods of doing it.
5. Google it and download pictures
6. Create a vision board of what your life will look like when you’re do-
ing it – perhaps with the pictures you downloaded.
Do this diligently and over time and it will be impossible not to suc-
ceed.
Hint: once you’re clear on your passion, it is likely you can turn it in to
financial wealth. Before concerning yourself with that, make sure you
get clear on what you love.
And the flip side is also true. When people are in a low place and they
have someone there helping them get lower, the emotions are magnified.
After our needs for food and shelter are met, we all have two primary
psychological needs:
1. The need to belong and be part of a tribe or a community
2. The need to be special and unique.
Our attempts to meet these needs are intricately woven into all our
relationships.
But, did you know that the relationship you have with everyone else is
based on your relationship with yourself?
That’s right, the closer you get to other people, the more you treat them
the way you treat yourself. That makes your relationship with yourself
your primary relationship.
5. Books, advertising, the media, television, and movies – and honestly and face our internal truth. The human mind is very
