Continue to the second weakness and so forth. « No complexity Easy resolution * Quick and contrary to conventional thinking ¢ Take into consideration all possible countless weaknesses that were not felt. Neutrality This does not involve any traditional attempts to be positive or to dis- tance and distract yourself from the negative. You must be strongly NEUTRAL until it is habitual and instinctive. Connect with the true essence of NEUTRALITY. Be sure you are strong to the neutrality pentagon in general and to each of its five ele- ments. Neutrality Pentagon: 1. Positive 2. Not positive 3. Negative 4. Not negative 5. Self POSITIVE NOT POSITIVE NEUTRALITY PENTAGON NEGATIVE The three fundamental choices in life are POSITIVE, NEGATIVE and NEUTRAL. Essentially, this model is similar to that of an atom. There’s a proton, which is positive, an electron, which is negative and the neutron, which is neutral. Three Fundamental Choices: 1. Positive (+) 2. Negative (-) §3 SCRIBD Q H Aa 2. Negative (-) 3. Neutral (no charge) The objective is to be NEUTRAL, which means to be above it all. Nothing disturbs you. NEUTRALITY is a strengthening effect of the CALMNESS of everything. CALMNESS doesn’t derive from suppres- sion, denial and numbing so that less bothers you. It is the opposite. Strengthen yourself in general to be stronger to EVERYTHING, ANY- THING, and NOTHING, so none of these alternatives bothers you. Be more specific by finding and deleting the weaknesses of whatever bothers or troubles you. Your problems can relate to any of the cate- gories in the leading life supports hexagon: 1. Relationships 2. Finances/Career/Abundance 3. Health 4. Aging/Rejuvenation 5. Fitness/Body Reduction 6. Time/Achievement/Fulfillment The process for finding and strengthening the weaknesses remains the same regardless of the type of problem. Each irritating thought, unpleasant emotion, or unanswered question indicates an unre- solved problem. Every unresolved problem is a limitation. Relying on only logic to solve a problem rather than using the insight process of neutrality to verify logical thinking is the most limiting factor of all. The deletion process is the method by which you chip away at your limitations, one by one. As this strengthening process progresses, you will also acquire the NATURAL CALMNESS that everyone NEEDS and WANTS. Whatever happens will have no adverse effect on you. If it does, the effect will be insignificant. The PURPOSE and objective is to improve. You can either CHANGE FOR THE BETTER or CHANGE FOR THE WORSE. That is the choice. Strengthen deletion « Fewer or no weaknesses troubling .. . It may seem difficult initially to explain the YUEN METHOD, but it isn’t. The simplicity doesn’t go over people’s heads. Rather, it goes under their feet. It is not anything that you don’t already know. You can do more than speaking about questions, problems and an- swers. Connect action to tangible results. Don’t beat around the bush, so to speak, failing to connect to results. Take ACTION in the direction of least resistance by finding the weaknesses. Experience how ANSWERS, ACTIONS and RESULTS come together and manifest EFFORTLESS RESULTS every time. Answer the ques- tion correctly to experience IMPROVEMENT each and every time. It is never difficult to explain this method. It is not restricted by tradi- tional limitations and thinking. Traditionalists fail to produce simple, quick and consistent RESULTS. Let’s just DELETE that type of think- ing. Break the previous template when it is necessary. Consistent RE- SULTS are unfailingly demonstrable. Only successful DESIRABLE RESULTS are acceptable, never failures with explanations and ex- cuses. Be an integral part of this whole process by experience. No memo- ization is necessary. It's not an academic pursuit. What is to be learned is knowledge you already know. There are no mathematical equations to memorize or laws of physics and chemistry involved. We assure you that no belief is required. There is no need to believe or to insist on having faith. Belief and faith pretty much limit your potential. Totality has no limitations. Whatever happens . . . happens. Never be concerned about the outcome. Allow the outcome and the result to speak the truth as to what has taken place. Strengthen your- self to being in the mindless state more frequently until being there becomes a habit. This is as close as one can come to having unlim- ited potential. There is no need for conversion about anything. There is no epiphany of experiences. Without question, you will access information about what really is troubling you more efficiently and effectively than before. You can forget the traditional suggestion of using gratitude to lighten your life burdens. This is tradition’s vain attempt to force and change your attitude. It is to no avail. Many have erroneously been convinced that having more gratitude leads to enrichment and spirituality. Don’t practice forgetting what a negative life offers you. There is no need to forget events, experiences, and thoughts so that temporarily you can function normally. Just STRENGTHEN and DELETE the AC- CUMULATIVE negative effects, which have built up over centuries and eons and are supported by your ancestors and collective human- ity influences. Choose to improve beyond the conventional and the norm. Continue this by strengthening additional weaknesses, rather than by using as- sumptions, jumping to conclusions and/or guessing. Have consistency, accuracy and simplicity with the first choice of feeling either strong or weak and then with the second choice of COMPARISON of HOW STRONG or HOW WEAK as shown below: 1. Strong 2. Weak 3. Comparison of strong and weak Be comfortably NEUTRAL. Have CERTAINTY in KNOWING and DELETING all UNCERTAINTIES. You compromise CERTAINTY when you have CERTAINTY of NO CONFIDENCE of knowing. It is never the LACK OF CONFIDENCE. It is your INSUFFICIENT CERTAINTY. The conscious mind easily misinterprets having no confidence. When CONFIDENCE is weak, the right answer is to STRENGTHEN this WEAKNESS. This resolves the problem and promotes confidence. Confidence does not need to be developed. This is coming from a person who has trained and taught KUNGFU to people for decades, enabling them to establish CONFIDENCE. Humans are constantly and unintentionally inventing wrong an- swers. The wrong answer is more severe than the problem. It creates challenges to overcome, which are reactions to increased energy that wasn't there previously. People use this wrong method to increase their depressed energy. Chapter Five Find Your Weaknesses Taking the Seriousness out of Sickness, Illness and Disease Is Achievable We could actually write a great deal more about FEELING, essentially FINDING YOUR WEAKNESSES and taking the seriousness out of STRESS and PAIN than what this chapter contains. WEAKNESS is an extensive topic. Whether you acknowledge it or not, it is the WEAK- NESSES that stop humans from moving forward. You think that it is “STRESSFUL” when you are not advancing in your life. It is PAINFUL to be STUCK. When you have fewer weaknesses, you will move forward with far greater ease. It is the weaknesses you bear that lead to injuries, ill- nesses, limitations, fear/phobia, spiritual weaknesses, effects (karma) and in the end, fatality. Lower Back Pain Think of an overall general weaknesses trend. Then isolate a specific weakness from this general trend. This is the essence of The Yuen Method. The specific weakness informs you what the exact cause is. For example, in sustaining an injury, the list of specific weaknesses gives an exact account of the causes, reasons and sources of the in- jury. An injury to the lower back is never an injury of the lower back. There are never associated weaknesses accompanying the lower back pain. The injury sustained is never from the action or impact involvement of the lower back. The majority of lower back injuries and pain are the result of other body weaknesses referred to the lower back region. Back pain officially has been identified as the number-one cause of disability worldwide. This is confirmed in the recent February 15, 2013 edition of Dynamic Chiropractic when the author states, “Back Pain Is #1 Cause of Disability Worldwide.” Global Burden of Disease 2010 highlights the pressing need to pre- vent and treat spinal and musculoskeletal disorders. Here is Another Simple Schematic Approach: You begin by questioning whether the WEAKNESS is “IN YOU” or “OUTSIDE OF YOU.” The weaker of the two indicates what to begin strengthening.
