SUMMARY

 12+ years of relevant experience in Lithium-ion batteries testing, BMS evaluate, product
development, Technical support and lithium battery service. Currently working as, a Senior
Technical Solution Engineer in Vision Group, Shenzhen center power tech.co., Ltd,
 Managing a team of 16 service engineers, 31 vendor’s teams.
 Have providing technical support for client edotco in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Myanmar,
Vertiv UPS team, Schneider UPS team in India, Airtel, Tata telecommunication,
Vodafone telecom team in India.
 Have worked on projects which involves BMS evaluation, Battery testing, communication
integration test and Technical Solution for Pan India telecom battery projects like 48V3400Ah

Project Details

Project #1: Reliance JIO – 4G Tower

Team Size: 50 Engineers (PAN India)

Project Abstract:

BMS evaluation, Battery testing, communication integration test, Product development and
Installation and commissioning of VISION batteries (48V100Ah, 48V100Ah-2C, 48V100Ah-LT,
48V10Ah, 48V20Ah and 48V40Ah) for Reliance JIO tower (ENODEB, AG1, OLT, ILA and MCN
sites)

Responsibilities

 Have worked BMS evaluation, Battery testing, Product development of Lithium ion
batteries with different types of batteries.
 Providing technical support via telephone and field support to service engineers, vendors
and customers as well.
 Performed communication Integration testing and performance testing along with SMPS
Manufacturers VERTIV, DELTA, EXICOM, LINEAGE in their factory premises
  Providing training for service engineers and vendor engineers on Installation and
Commissioning of Li-ion Batteries at ENODEB, AG1, MCN, OLT and ILA sites.
 Provided planning and requirements to form BRC (Battery Revival Center)
 Revival of faulty batteries at BRC and also provided training for the same to vision
engineers
 Provided presentation along with practical training at sites on Lithium-ion batteries

Project #2: TATA Communications, MSC Kolhapur site

Project Responsibilities:

 Have worked with Battery testing at customer place as per requirement of different C-rate
testing.
 Installation and Commissioning of (48V1200Ah*02 No’s) battery cabinets at TCL, MSC
site, Kolhapur
 Have done Backup testing & Redundancy testing for 48V1200Ah*02 battery cabinets
 Verified performance testing every year for the same.
 Prepared test report which consists of graph trends depicting hourly battery backup
 Provided training to TCL engineers and managers.

Project #3: Bharti Airtel, MSC Chennai site

Project Responsibilities:

 Have worked with Battery testing at customer place as per requirement of different C-rate
testing.
 Installation and commissioning of VISION batteries (48V3400Ah*04 No’s) battery
cabinets at Airtel MSC site, Chennai
 Have done Backup testing & Redundancy testing for 48V3400Ah*04 battery cabinets
 Verified performance testing every year for the same.
 Innovated periodic charging method to increase the lifetime of these batteries
 Managed team members under high pressure due to stringent timelines
 Prepared test report which consists of graph trends depicting hourly battery backup
 Provided training to Airtel electrical team engineers and managers.

Project #4: Vodafone idea, MSC Pune and Kalamassery site

Project Responsibilities:

 Have worked in communication intergration test with PC through serial converter.

 Have worked with Battery testing at customer place
 Installation and commissioning of VISION batteries (48V7200Ah*05 No’s) battery
cabinets at pune and (48V6400Ah*03 No’s) at kalamassery, kerala MSC site
 All battery communication integration with serial server to monitor the all-batteries status

Project #5: Vertiv UPS projects at Udaipur

Project Responsibilities:

 Battery commissioning of VISION UPS batteries (409V100Ah*02 No’s) and

(409V100Ah*01 No) with Vertiv UPS at Udaipur
 Have done Backup testing 409V100Ah*02 and 409V100Ah*01 battery cabinets
 Provided training to Vodafone electrical team engineers and managers.

Project #6: Vertiv UPS projects at Bangalore

Project Responsibilities:

 Technical support given to UPS team for battery commissioning of vision batteries 512V100Ah*03
No’s battery cabinets at Texas instruments Bangalore
 Site visited for end-user customized requirements of Modbus communication with customer BMS
(Building management system)
 Provided training to vertiv UPS service team engineers.

Project #7: Schneider UPS projects in Pan india

Project Responsibilities:

 As per customer requirement battery and CBMS repairing training given to customer.
 Technical support given to UPS team (512V100Ah) with Schneider UPS at nxtra
bangalore and Mumbai.
 Online Technical support given to UPS team for service of vision batteries 512V100Ah.
 Provided training to Schneider UPS service team engineers.

Project #8: DELTA 72V70Ah UPS Battery

Project Responsibilities:

 Performed performance testing for 72V70Ah batteries with DELTA UPS 1KVA and 3KVA
at DELTA factory, Rudhrapur
 Supplied the tested batteries to National Insurance Corporation of India (client). Also, the
client overlooked the testing carried out by us
 Technical support provided via telephone/site visit whenever required by their customers

Project # 1: Reliance Jio 4G tower

Role: Senior Service Engineer

Project Responsibilities

 Involved Battery testing, BMS evaluation as per customer requirements.

 Installation and Commissioning of 48V75Ah Batteries in various states.
 Revival of faulty batteries available at BRC and analysis the root cause for faultiness.
 Ensured to deliver the revived batteries on or before stipulated time to customers
 While doing revival of batteries, have performed cell reliability testing, cell grouping, module
assembly, module testing and module reliability testing.
 Hence, gained strong knowledge on battery revival process
 Prepared MIS reports and performed spare management.
 Installation and Commissioning of 48V75Ah batteries for Reliance JIO and provided servicing for
the same
  Vendor Management done to support manpower for the installed sites

Project # 2: Vodafone Tower (BSS sites)

Project Responsibilities:

 Installation and Commissioning of 48V100Ah*05 No’s Battery Cabinet in number of sites

(Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Bihar etc.,)
 Remote monitoring of installed batteries to get batteries status. And prepared weekly reports for the
customers
 Have performed Backup testing and redundancy testing
 Provided training to site engineers for servicing.

ACHIEVEMENTS

 Maintaining uptime of 99.99% for the sites I have worked for.

 100% spare material management & Alarm clearance,
 Performed 48V75Ah, 48100Ah battery testing along with Reliance JIO customers
which in turn helped VISON group and EXICOM in getting business from Reliance
JIO. Have got appreciation from VISION group/EXICOM company for the same
 Appreciation received from TATA communications and Airtel for customer
satisfaction after successful completion of Installation & Commissioning which
resulted in good enough battery performance as per customer needs
 Have suggested and provided support /guidelines for Vision group’s service partner –
GPS to get Installation & Commissioning business from Reliance JIO
