Cadmium

Foodstuffs that are rich in cadmium can greatly increase the cadmium concentration in
human bodies. Examples are liver, mushrooms, shellfish, mussels, cocoa powder and
dried seaweed.
Copper
The richest dietary copper sources include shellfish, seeds and nuts, organ meats,
wheat-bran cereals, whole-grain products, and chocolate
Lead
Surprisingly high lead levels have been found in some of our favorite foods,
like chocolate, peas, cannabis (sorry), sweet potatoes, and mustard greens, as well as
other crops. That means lead can wind up in the products you may have in your pantry,
like these: baby food. fruit juice.
Galvanized Metal
Galvanized steel for food preparation and conveyance for all applications with the
exception of foods that have a high acid content, such as tomatoes, oranges, limes, and
other fruits.
