Recommendation:

1. Students should take the effort to increase their knowledge and abilities about hotel training.

2. The school should also conduct assessment to the students of how prepared the establishment in the
new normal where they are deployed in terms of skills and quality of trainers, facilities and health
protocol standards

3. The respondents should be well trained and prepared in terms of guest services training, information
management training, health, safety, and security training when they are about to teach the student.

4. The school also may conduct different trainings for tourism students about the different functionality
area of the tourism industry so that when they have OJT already they are well-prepared.

5. The OJT student should have proper grooming and appearance, personal traits and work performance
for better evaluation from their trainees

6. The school can also provide additional seminars to tourism students, and this plan of action can be
employed by students to improve their level of preparedness to enter the hospitality and tourism
industry.

7. The researchers also recommend that future researchers should conduct further studies that will help
to support stronger evidence and serve as follow-up studies that tourism graduating students are ready
to enter the world of work
