OLD CLOTHES COLLECTION DRIVE

Introduction:-

 I am the head girl of XYZ public school. To help the orphans near our school
(ghaziabad),I propose to conduct an old clothes collection drive.

Objectives:-

 Extend our helping hands to orphans by supplying them good clothes

 Developing kindness and charity among the students

List of measures:-

 The old clothes can be collected from the students from nur. To XII on 20 Aug at
school’s hall from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
 The work of selection of good clothes and their segregation can be carried out on 21
Aug.
 A team can be elected from the students of class XI and XII to supply the clothes to
orphanage of Ghaziabad on 25 Aug at 10 a.m. our moral science teacher Mrs. Shrinki
can go along with them.
 Certificates of charity can be distributed to all the students who will contribute to this
drive, to encourage them.

CAREER GUIDANCE WORKSHOP

Introduction:-

 I am the head girl of XYZ public school. To help students choose their career and
aims , I propose to organize a career guidance workshop.

Objectives:- the workshop will work on the following :-

 Clear-cut understanding between the goals,short term and long term, and the path to
reach it.
 Telling students the possible career options available for science,commerce and art
streams

List of measures:-

 The career guidance workshop can be conducted on 20 Aug at school’s auditorium

from 10a.m. 12 noon.
 All the students from class XI to XII can attend this workshop to set their aims and
path, while students of IX and X can attend it to understand which streams and subject
they can choose in higher classes.
 Following guests can be invited to guide the students;-

Hr Mr. vikram mehrotra from Noida pharmaceuticals
Hr. Mr. Ramesh bose from Sugam arogyam healthcares
Commerce
Sales and marketing manager Mrs. Sumitra gupta from Apollo hospital
Operations head Mr. Mayank Tiwari from eye vision hospital
Arts :
Poetess Mrs. Neha kumari from ghazibad
Geologist Mr. Tarun singh
 Career councellers Mrs. garima singh and Mr. madhav setty from Ghaziabad can be
invited to guide all the students individually.

INTER-SCHOOL CULTURAL FESTA

Introduction:-

I am the head girl of XYZ public school. I hereby propose to organize inter school
cultural festa to celebrate school’s 50th anniversary.

Objectives:-

 To promote greetings and cultural exchanges between different cultures.

 Through wide variety of activites, it will spread love , laughter, unity among the
students.

List of measures:-

 The interschool festa can be conducted on 20 August at superexa auditorium from

4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
 The school’s chairman Mr. K.r. Shankar , chief guests -Mrs. Jasmita kaur (MLA
of chandigarh)and Mr. randeep kumar (MP of chandigarh) can be invited.
 5 schools are invited to participate in the festa and attend the function:-

St. peter
Enuru public school
St. halida
 The festa can have a wide range of activites:- debates, drama,traditional music and
dance .
