Problems/Concerns challenges, struggles and concerns with the entrepreneurial
marketing. One of the issues are having problems with the
employment practices and having violence against another
existing public transport sector or from other transport
providers. Also, there are problems with the lack of branding
which results in lack of formal attachment of owner-operators to
the Uber brand from a marketing point of view. And, one of the
concerns are the significant losses due to over recruiting of
owner-operators, fighting regulators and marketing efforts.
