Unit Assessment The end of unit assessment will be a debate where students pick a technological development and defend it against other
students. Specifically, they will prepare an argument and a counter argument for their development and go up against one
another in class. The class will vote on the winner and then the winner will debate the next person. Each student will have
to make a poster to go along with their opinion. The poster will include a picture of the development and what it does. It
will also include the key points the student will present to the class and how the development impacted the world. This
allows the students to learn the context for the development and learn the ins and outs of its effect on the world for
industrialization.
