Draw
Players with the intent of scouring goals, 4

Midfield
Running with the ball in your stick with
either one hand or two

Crease
Divides area where a maximum of seven
offensive players and eight defensive
players are allowed.

Restraining line
The circle around the goal that field players
are not allowed to enter.

Defense
An attempt to stop the offense from scoring
by deflecting or intercepting passes,
taking the ball from an opponent, or forcing
bad shots.

Free position
After a foul within the 8-meter, all players
leave the arc except the goalie giving the
attacking player an opportunity to shoot or
pass on the whistle.
