government and identify one
fun fact.

of government in which the
party with the greatest
representation in the parliament
(legislature) forms the
government, its leader
becoming prime minister or
chancellor.

consisting of the executive
branch's top leaders.

Procedure BEFORE:
Each professor may choose to align The teacher will begin by giving each

board and we will go over them as a
class to gauge what the students
already know. We will go through
parts of our power point to inform the
students about different aspects of
Ireland

DURING:
Throughout our presentation, we will
ask the students questions that they
will talk about with a partner and then
discuss with the class. We will see
what the students have learned based
on their answers to the questions.

AFTER:
The students will complete a
worksheet that includes important
information from our slides and what
we have taught. The students will
complete this individually first then
discuss with a partner about their
answers. At the end, we will ask each
student to go around and give the
class one takeaway from the lesson.
Formative Assessment We will assess students through the
questions throughout the power point.
We will also assess through the
worksheet.

Accommodations The worksheet can be given a word


back for certain questions or the
students can be given a notes sheet to
help them complete the assignment.
Assessment Our worksheet will address the two
objectives and our activity in the
beginning will address the second
objective.
