On the
May 9, 2022 National& Local Elections

The National& Local Elections was held last May 9, 2020. Sir Lemuel Yangao, Election
Offiver of Comelec Basey assigned all the DESO TSS in barangays covered by Basey, Samar, Sir
Lemuel Yangao appointed me as DESO TECHNICLA SUPPORT STAFF OF VCM with the CPID
number of 60020003 and 60020004 with polling place located at Amandayehan Elementary
School, Brgy. Amandayehan, Basey, Samar, Philippines.

On the 9th day of May, 2022, the election day, I together with my group members of the
Election Board, at around past 2am, we went to the municipal gymnasium to get the Election
Paraphernalias. We arrived at the polling place at past 3:00 o’clock in the morning. We
prepared and set-up the Election paraphernalias in the room we are assigned.

By 6:00 o’çlock in the morning, as mandated by the COMELEC, we open voting or

started casting of votes. The voting ended at exactly 7:00 in the evening following the COMELEC
rules and regulations.

We, the members of Election board members and watchers of the candidates,
performed all the duties and responsibilities up to the transmission of election results, and
preparation of reports.

We submitted the required documents and reports on the 10th day of May, 2022 early in
the morning at past 2 already. All the materials was transported and submitted by us EB’s to the
Municipal Treasurer and to the COMELEC Officer.

The election was successful. We encounter a minor problem, we can’t transmit or send
the election results because of weak signal on the barangay we are located, we just transported
the VCM to the municipal gymnasium and send the election results to the NBOC and other
entities concern on the election. The election results was successfully transmitted and we
finished the reports and submitted it and other election materials to the COMELEC and to the
Municipal treasurer’s personnel assigned to our cluster group.

 Narrative Report
On the
2018 Synchronized Barangay and SK Elections

The synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections was held last May 14,
2018. Sir Jay G. Abia, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) of Basey I District assigned all the
BET’s in all the barangays covered by Basey I District and it was approved by the Election
Officer in our municipality Sir Gray Bateo. Sir Jay G. Abia appointed me as Poll Clerk of the
Board of Election Tellers in Precinct Number 0077A and 78A (Brgy Mercado) with polling place
located at Basey I Central Elementary School , Poblacion of Basey, Samar, Philippines.

On the 14th day of May, 2018, it was the election day, I together with my group
members of the Board of Election Tellers (BET) arrived at the polling place before 6:00 o’clock in
the morning. We prepared and set-up the Election paraphernalias in the room where we will
conduct the voting.

At exactly 7:00 o’çlock in the morning, as mandated by the Comelec, we started the
casting of votes. The voting ended at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon following the Comelec rules
and regulations. No more voters voted after 3:00 p.m.

All the Election Tellers and watchers of the candidates in this precinct performed all the
duties and responsibilities up to the proclamation of winners and preparation of reports.

We submitted the required documents and reports on the 15th day of May, 2018 in the
morning. All the materials was transported and submitted by us BET’s to the Municipal
Treasurer and to the Comelec Officer.

The election was successful. We did not encounter any problem. Palatable foods and
snacks was served on time.
