AFFIDAVIT OF EMPLOYMENT

I, MARK CABANATAN HINAMPAS, of legal age, single, Filipino, and

a resident of Tawan-Tawan, Initao, Misamis Oriental after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the same MARK CABANATAN HINAMPAS who had

been employed as a Fabricator by AnelMep Maintenance and
Operations LLC from 7/4/21 until 6/19/22 as shown in the
Employment Certificate attached to this Affidavit;

2. Also, I am the same MARK CABANATAN HINAMPAS who had

also been employed as a Pipefitter B by Al Rushaid Construction Co.
Ltd from April 21, 2015 until July 29, 2020 as shown in the Certificate
of Employment dated July 28, 2020;

3. That presently, I am unemployed and still applying for the position

as a Pipe Fabricator at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;

4. That I have no pending criminal, civil or administrative case(s)

before any judicial or quasi-judicial body; And,

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to show proof of the above-

mentioned facts and to support my application for employment
abroad.
