SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, CATHERINE ANIE E. AUZA, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Block 3, Lot 8, Land Mirande Subdivision, Gran Europa, Cagayan de Oro City,
do hereby name, appoint and constitute my sister, MA. CARLA AUZA TAN,
likewise of legal age, Filipino, and has similar resident as mine to do and perform
all or any of the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To collect the Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP 80,000) deposited to

MTCC Branch 2, Cagayan de Oro City, and the amount of Eighteen
Thousand (PhP18,000) posted as cash bond by Romulo L. Rieta Jr.
springing from a Compromise Agreement for a Criminal Case (M-CDO-
19-01960-CR) filed by me against Romulo L. Rieta;

2. To be the named recipient by Romulo Rieta Jr upon sending

monthly, thru Palawan Pawnshop, the amount of PhP 25,000 or more to
commence on September 2022. Said obligation emanates also from the
above-mentioned criminal case;

3. To revive the criminal case against ROMULO L. RIETA JR before

the above-mentioned Honorable Court if there is failure on his part to
comply with his obligations;

4. To make, sign and execute any documents and to do other things

relative to the above purpose;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING all that said Attorney-In-Fact full

power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary and proper to be done in
or about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said
Attorney-In-Fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
