Limited is hereby appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the purpose of
selecting a bidder as the Transmission Service Provider to establish Transmission System
comprising of construction of a pooling substation at Kajra (Lakhisarai) and following
associated transmission lines.
• 400 KV D/C from Kajra pooling S/S to Darbhanga S/S

• 220 KV D/C from Kajra pooling S/S to Sheikhpura S/S
• 220 KV D/C TL from Kajra pooling S/S to Nawada S/S
• 220 KV D/C transmission line across Ganga connecting Bihta S/S to
Chhapra S/S
Through tariff based competitive bidding process in accordance with the Tariff
Based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service and Guidelines for
Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects issued by Government
of India, Ministry of Power under Section 63 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (as amended from
time to time).
