First of all,welcome I want to talk you and share everything about good mood food. So it’s time
to start.

We live in a stressful world, and daily life can sometimes make us feel tired, stressed, or
depressed. Some people go to the doctor's for help, others try alternative therapies,but the
place to find a cure could be somewhere completely different: in the kitchen.

In order for the body to function normally, it is essential to get the proper amount of fats,
proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Accordingly, avoid starvation, extreme diets
and improperly planned diet.healthy eating will bring us a lot of benefits if we make it a daily
habit. Food largely determines even our character.

did you know that food can make you a happier person? -The elements in food act on the brain
and cause different effects. There are foods that improve mood and affect our mood.

I will offer you some foods that affect the mood of each of us.

Quiet and relaxed

to be calm we need to use pumpkin seeds, herbs and almonds. Magnesium contained in this
food is an important soothing mineral, but its supplies are depleted in the body when we are
nervous.

Happy

foods for happiness include beans, peas, egg yolks, sunflowers, spinach, meat, fish and poultry -
these foods are rich in folic acid.
Energy

for energy it is better to eat spinach, bell peppers, mollusks and other seafood,they contain iron
and vitamin B12.

For attention and concentration

For attention and concentration it is best to take avocado, bananas, legumes and chicken.

Depression

to prevent depression it is necessary to take chamomile tea with lemon, which lowers anxiety
levels, while lemon contains vitamins A and B.

In the end I think that for the character not only food but also ourselves should help us, we
should always think of the good.
