WRITE A LETTER TO COMPLAIN -> formal

To: mmmmm@gmail.com
Dear Sir,
I purchased (=bought) a laptop from your website on November 11. I am writing
this letter to complain about the quality of this product. Last two days, when I was
playing video game, suddenly the screen of my laptop turned dark and it kept
restarting for 5 minutes. Then I waited for 10 minutes and tried to retart it, but it
did not work. I called your store five times but noone answered my phone. This
matter needs resolving as soon as possible. That is the reason I am writing this
letter to you today. I hope that you could fix my laptop or refund all the money I
previously paid.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks in advanced for your
response.
Yours faithfully,
Bich

I have bought a laptop online last week but it didn’t work. I feel very disppointed
because of some problems. Firstly, I bought it online so I didn’t have a chance to
check it carefully. The second problem is that the screen of the laptop is broken
due to the delivery. The final problem is the deliver’s attitude was not friendly. The
shipper was not only late but also crude. That makes me upset and disppointed
when buying things online. I will take my laptop to the store and have it repaired as
soon as possible.
