Lauren: Hello, John! Of course. Sit down, please. My name’s Lauren, I work as a head
of HR here at Facebook Seattle. B: _____________________?
John: I’m okay… I’m feeling nervous, though.
Lauren: Oh, you don't have to be! I’m sure our interview will go just great! So, let’s
start. C: _____________________?
John: Okay, umm… My name’s John Hardy, I’m a Mobile App Developer. I’ve worked
at Microsoft for 5 years with Native Apps and used C++ mobile code. I love it, but your
position at Facebook has more potential for my self-development as a team-lead.
Lauren: Okay, that’s very good to hear! So, you have a lot of experience in mobile
developing. Did you mostly work with iOS / MacOS apps? D:________________?
John: Yes, I can write code for Android apps. I’ve worked with Emulator for Android on
five or six different projects.

Lauren: Sounds wonderful! E: _____________________?

John: Hmmm… I’m a natural problem solver. I like to find solutions to challenges — it’s
like solving a puzzle. I’m very good at it and this is what I’m proud of.
Lauren: Well, that’s really nice to know… Let’s talk about your weaknesses.
F:_____________________?
John: Oh…I think I can’t answer that question right now… I’ve never made a big
mistake, I need some time to… Ouch! I’ve got coffee on my shirt!
Lauren: It’s okay… Why don’t we take a little break? You can go clean up to the
bathroom, it’s right next to our meeting room.

John: G: _____________________?
Lauren: No, I’m afraid you can’t do that here. You can smoke only outside the office
