A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT LAND DONATION OFFERED BY MS.

TANUMBAI PANALANGIN TO THE

BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF KATIBPUAN, TALAYAN, MAGUINDANAO

WHEREAS, the Barangay Government of Katibpuan will be needing a parcel of land intended for the
proposed construction of public comfort rooms;

WHEREAS, Ms. Tanumbai Panalangin had offered a portion of his land specifically 20 square meters in
order to expedite the facilitation of the proposed project;

WHEREFORE, and for the interest of the public it was:

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to accept land donation offered by Ms. Tanumbai Panalangin to the
Barangay Government of Katibpuan, Talayan, Maguindanao.

FURTHER, the Barangay Government of Katibpuan expresses gratitude to the generosity of the
aforementioned person and his dedication for the betterment of this barangay.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to forward copy of this resolution to all concerned for guidance and information.
