• Ramp bicuspid bite turbo
• Attachment to 32 and light tube open coil spring

• Shorty class III full-time reverse rainbow PM
• Remove disarticulation PRN
Tom’s Tips:
• Hooks on AW
• Without compliance use CS 3000 springs 120 grams (get Light)
Tom’s Tips:
• Remove posterior bite button
• Continue short class III / Reverse rainbow PRN
Tom’s Tips:
• Go to .020 x .020 Beta Titanium after .020 x .020 Nickel Titanium with hooks on
wire between lateral and canine
• Torquing chains with IPR, maintain rainbow PM (I try not to never go above 2.5 oz
for rainbow elastic)
• Short class III to Hks on wire

• Not more than 2.5 oz on rainbow
• 3.5 oz 3/16 is usually as heavy as you go in class III

Coronoplasty

• Reposition for Smile Arc and VIP
• Adjust occlusion for lingual appearances
• Start finishing and PRN
• Continue light Cl III elastics as needed. Place mild lingual crown torque for lower
anteriors as needed
