the future when they are trying to find a good job and pursue a successful career. Furthermore,
cities also offer a wider range of employment possibilities. In detail, for people living in the rural
areas and do not have professional qualification, there are thousands of low-skilled jobs which
only require them to have vocational training certificate. For instance, in the hotels, there are
always need for housekeeping staff or maintainance engineers so that people can apply for
these kinds of jobs but still be well-paid. Therefore, they are able to increase their income as
