Dear Jordan Hicks,

I’m going to start this letter off by saying thank you for the tremendous effort, positive

attitude, hard work, and support through this current semester. You have an overall great work

ethic and you’ve shown what it means to be a true leader and how to get tasks done under

pressure. Working with you was an honor and you’ve allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge

from watching the things you do around the facility. I also want to thank you for giving me the

space to grow as a practicum student and how to do certain tasks on my own. Gaining your trust

was my biggest accomplishment throughout my experience at UREC, giving me the advantage to

open up the facility on certain days when you come in later on.

Working alongside you and Mr. Greg is something that I appreciate the most, especially

making my time there easier and not harder by the way yall treat others. The time I’ve spent as a

practicum student at the UREC facility has blessed me with staff members that handle tasks and

resolve any conflicts that may have occurred. I’m pretty sure that it’s the positive attitude you

keep, and how positive you go about things that most interns and students appreciate the most.

Coming to an end, working in the UREC facility is something I don’t regret at all. With

your help, Mr. Greg, and Ms. Hood this opportunity would not be possible. I just want to say

once again, thank you for the guidance and knowledge that you’ve given.
