Weekly Review for 2/23/2023-3/1/2023

● Jordan Alston WSSU Intern Feb 23, arrived at Henderson Vance

Recreation. Upon arrival Jordan checked and responded to emails. Worked
on finishing up teen night Friday’s flier. Went to PYO at E.M Rollins with
Darius and Dominique. Went to Lunch after attending PYO. After Lunch I
reported back to Henderson Vance Recreation.

● Jordan Alston WSSU Intern Feb 24, arrived at Henderson Vance

Recreation. Upon arrival Jordan checked and responded to emails. After
checking emails, Jordan recovered Henderson Vance Logos from assistant
director De’anne so I can implement them on program flier. After working
on the flier I put that on pause so I could help program specialist Jamal
Williams with cheerleading equipment. Went to lunch after helping the
program specialist. Reported back to Henderson Vance Recreation once
lunch ended.

Recreation. Upon arrival Jordan checked and responded to emails. After
responding to emails I finished up the program flier. After finishing the
program flier I emailed it to the assistant director De’Anne Brown so she
could review it and make any changes needed. Filled out event/program
submission through rec desk. Took my lunch after filling out an
event/program submission. After lunch I was told to report to youth services
to help out over there.

Upon arrival Jordan checked and responded to emails. After responding to
 emails I went with Director Kendrick Vann to Downtown Development
meeting with Police Chief Marcus Barrow, and Downtown Development
Director Tracy Madigan. After the meeting I met with Director Kendrick
Vann to get my midterm evaluation filled out. After I went to Lunch I
reported to Youth Services to help with PYO.

Recreation. Upon arrival Jordan checked and responded to emails. After
checking emails I worked on finishing the preview review for submission.
Went to youth services to help with PYO.
