What do you do when a client has trouble explaining their needs? (For example, they don’t
provide enough information) 
I should listen carefully to what it is saying. One has done. I have to ask the right questions to help
me understand. Understanding client's need is the key to giving them a good service, resulting in
solid relationships.

Give an example of when you got difficult feedback from a manager, customer, etc. How did
you handle it? 
Criticism is usually a sign that something needs to be changed and that all criticism is only
temporary. No one likes criticism. So, there is always a little bit of stress, but I don’t let it affect my
work or energy level anymore. Learn from it and move on. Because I believe everyone has room for
change and up its scale.

Tell me about a time when you were asked to do something you had never done before. How
did you approach the situation? 
Before, when I asked to do the tasks, I had never done them yet. I had accepted it thinking I could do
it because I knew I could research and ask my peers. I knew they had done it before.

When I have done tasks, I learned more about them. The challenges that come to develop and

I used to do google sheets and excel when I was a product researcher on retail arbitrage for
amazon. And will then create google sheets/excel note reports from various queries. And data

I conducted research to choose topics for a software company's blog and helped to execute a social
media marketing campaign targeted at technology enthusiasts. As I developed my skills, I started

you see yourself in 3-5 years?
I want to see myself having more responsibilities in the organization I work.  I’m also the type of

prioritize. To make sure. I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need
well stressed to stay motivated and productive. I react to a situation rather than to stress. That
way, the issue is handled efficiently and doesn't become stressful.

There are tasks sometimes, at first glance. It looks like an easy task. Later, as reviewed, it
wasn't realistic what to expect. I will do thorough research for the tasked have an idea to
