Dear President Miller,

I am contacting you on behalf of the whole environmental

service group, to inform you of what we have accomplished
the past four years. As the director, I am proud to say that
we have been very fortunate for all we have accomplished.
We have protected several national parks, slowed down
deforestation in suburban areas and floralized our city’s.
Our group started in the 1970’s as an Executive department
to protect our natural homeland and I can proudly attest
that we have maintained our viewpoint to protect the
environment and the people. The reason I am stating all this
information is to protect our group. We as a group are
asking that you look past our possible differences and join
our plan of action to protect our homeland. As president,
you should understand that this is an important matter. I
cannot say that the other departments are doing their jobs
correctly, but it's up to you to decide.
