Design Mapping & Objective

Window Displays are the first contact customers have with a store’s products and the main opportunity to lure them in.
When it comes to clothing stores, the possibilities for creating dramatic backgrounds for a few representative pieces are endless. From using
this opportunity to give recycled materials a new life to expensive settings meant to mesmerise with the power of detail, designers have done it
all.
OBJECTIVE : To Create a joyful Summer window for Brand LABEL RITU KUMAR

Background Context & Mapping

LABEL, Ritu Kumar is a designer brand for young urban India.
In our rapidly evolving culture, the current generation of young women experience increasing number of influences. We believe that in
conjunction with and in-spite of the huge foreign aesthetic stimulus, India has and always will define an identity for itself.
It is this phenomenon that has given rise to LABEL and it ’s intention is to be heralded as a symbol of this new energy.
Whereas its influences are global, its identity originates from Indian design. The look is sophisticated and carefully crafted.
Label caters to women in the age group of 20 and 35 years.
