announcement I made in the Facebook Messenger. Attached therewith is the copy of
the PowerPoint that we'll be utilizing for said online/synchronous class. Study the
whole PowerPoint as we'll have a graded recitation. You can conduct further readings
and researches relating to the topics to be discussed;

the above-mentioned complaint, plaintiff claimed that on his way home
PowerPoint? after a binge drinking session on December 24,
2011. He bumped into the appellant
unintentionally and recognized him as his
mother's neighbor. After the encounter, the
plaintiff explained how the appellant became so
irritable during a quick conversation then
subsequently ignored him. Furthermore, he
clearly stated that when he arrived home after his
walk, he suddenly saw the appellant standing in
his front door. He was within an arm's length
away from the appellant when the latter rapidly
pulled out a gun, pointed it at him, and fired. The
intended killing of the appellant was
unsuccessful; instead, his daughter Jonabel and
sister Princess were shot. Jonabel was
 hospitalized but passed the following day.

Appellant’s Claim
The defendants-appellants claimed that the land in
dispute was sold to Regalado Mondejar, the one hectare
on
July 29, 1962, and the remaining one hectare on installment
basis until fully
the appellant claim that on the day of the alleged
shooting incident, he was in Samat, Samar. He
was unaware of any justification for Gerry
accusing him of being involved in the alleged
shooting event involving his daughter.
Furthermore, he said that Gerry can't possibly be
able to recognize who the armed man is standing
in his front door at night since Gerry already
admitted that he just finished his drinking
session.
