Abstract:

Business Process is a collection of linked tasks which find their end in the delivery of a service or
product to a client. Business Process management follows BPM specifications which enables the
processes to be consistent, effective, efficient work flow management of an organization

A business process helps and organization in reaching its goal with efficiency and effectiveness in
line with its vision, mission and strategy. Business process could be primary (operational),
Secondary (supporting), Management processes. There are different types of business processes,
like Sequential, Status driven and parallel business processes.

Here, we attempt to design a Primary business process creating a revenue channel for the business.
Business process automation of campaign as marketing and sales Activity for a Star Hotel.
