March 2, 2021 Jojo Augustine ABI Resources and Services Pte Ltd Subject: 3D Laser Scanning Services of Bulk Carrier Dear Mr. Augustine, We are pleased to send you our proposal for 3D Laser Scanning and associated services of the Bulk Camier in Manila SCOPE OF WORK: 2. 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) located in Manila: + Scanning of the Bulk Carrier Engine room and other key areas + Gathering of photos and drawings in coordination with chief engineer. + Estimate of 1 working day for 3D survey for each vessel + Project location Manila ». Equipment & Personnel + Includes 1 equipment operator / technician and 2 survey assistant + Includes rental of RTC360 scanner & survey accessories (tripod, extra batteries, targets) + 1- Laptop with Registration processing software ©. Data Processing of point cloud data Estimate of 3-5 working days + Format: File shall be in Leica (MP or LGS) format + File export to .RCP, E57 or XYZ or format + File transfer via Google Drive or client provided cloud storage or FTP d. After sales service, training & support ‘+ Upon submission of final registered data, MSJ shall provide up to 1 week on call support for any measurement verification needed on site or from collected survey data, . Submittals + Survey Registration Report + File upload of Point cloud files, survey data and photos of agreed specified format. Clients Responsibilities * Provide full access to project scan site and ensure all cooperation towards the full implementation of the project ‘+ Provide checklist of important photos and drawings to be obtained during survey. * Provide available reference information needed in a timely manner in order to prepare and complete task. (reference drawings, images, etc.) * Scaffolding and access to various areas of structure shall be prepared prior to arrival of sur- vey team to avoid standby fees. Standby rate shall apply if survey team is unable to have access to site for 5 consecutive hours or more, * Assistance in obtaining permits from survey within surrounding roads or buildings.© The client shall assign a contact person and on-site representative to function as project coordinator with whom MSJ may consult at all reasonable times, and whose instructions, requests and decisions may support project * Provide any necessary safety briefing and risk assessment with safety officer assigned to project, prior to field activities. ‘+ Clearing of temporary obstructions during the survey (construction materials, fences, machinery, etc.) ‘+ Inform survey team of all hazardous areas/ materials at the project site, which may be en- countered by MSJ in the performance of the services. Exclusions: ‘Transportation fees (tugboat boat fee and other port fees) Special safety equipment (ex: H2S detector, non-standard PPEs) Standby fees (50% day rate per day to be charged for final billing) Provision for access, lighting, ventilation, lit rental, ete. USD 277.00 TOTAL COST : USD 4,277.00 PAYMENT TERMS: For the services that MSJ Marine Consultancy Services will provide, payment as follows: + 50% down payment upon Purchase Order (PO) or Notice to Proceed (NTP) + 50% upon submission of final deliverables. + Payments due within 15 days of invoice date. + Reimbursement of COVID Testing expenses will be paid upon submission of official receipt.
