Dear Members of the Graduating Class 2021, Parents, and Guardians:

Greetings of peace!
The Academic year 2020-2021 has been a challenging year for us due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Right
now, we are still trying our best to survive this pandemic as well as the difficult circumstances it created. We
thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation in these unprecedented times. As the COVID-
19 pandemic and guidelines have been shifting, so has our plans for the commencement.

Every graduating student needs a reason to get dressed up to have a graduation pictorial as a great way
to memorialize the major milestone in their Senior High School life. In connection to this, as we prepare for
the virtual graduation, we would like to request a softcopy of these types of graduation shots: in UST
Angelicum SHS uniform and creative shots.

Please refer to the guidelines below in taking and submitting photos for virtual graduation.

1. Learners who will avail of the graduation package of RED Images Studio will be given a specific schedule
for the pictorial. Payment transaction will be directly made to the studio on the day of the pictorial. A
separate letter will be provided to those who will avail of the studio package from Red Images Studio.

Note: Graduation pictorial at RED Images Studio, the official partner of the school, is not required.

2. Those who will opt to have their photo taken at home or in other studios are advised to use a white or
gray background.

3. The photo must be in a medium shot and portrait and not a selfie, with at least 10 – 12 megapixels for
DSLR user and HD quality for smartphone users. Please see attached sample photos.

4. Pictures should be in JPEG format and sent as an attachment to the shsoffice@ustangelicum.edu.ph

starting from April 1 to May 30, 2021.

The photo filename should be in this format:

LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_MIDDLE INITIAL_ Strand and Section

4. The members of the graduating class must follow the hair color allowed by the Office of the Student
Affairs (OSA). Wearing earrings among male students and multiple earrings for female students are not
allowed (Please refer to the Learner’s Handbook).
