Dear Parents/Guardians:

Greetings from UB Laboratory Elementary School, where young minds’ journey begins!

Recognition of our learners features the evidences of your child’s grit and a celebration of
achievement; it is also a preparation for future opportunities and embrace higher level of
education. The schedule of our Virtual Recognition Program will be on June 9, 2021.

In line with the preparation of the Recognition program, below are the guidelines on photoshoot
and online submission of photos.
1. The school highly encourages students to observe decency in terms of their outfit and poses
at all times.
✓ All student awardees should be in their complete school uniform.
2. All male students are required to have their proper haircut.
3. For students who will take their picture at home:• White background • Portrait & half-body
(captured) • Picture quality (check the picture quality not pixelated when resized)
4. It is with the parent’s discretion if the picture will be taken at the photo studio following the
specified photo requirements (white background, portrait & half-body and picture quality, image
resolution/dimension – 2550 x 3300 pixels).
5. The students must follow the Health and Safety Protocols at all times (e.g. wearing of face
mask, face shield, social distancing and hand washing/ sanitizing).
6. The office will not accept Recognition pictures if the minimum requirement has not complied.

1. All student awardees will send a soft copy of their Recognition picture via this link:

2. Students will receive an email response from the Principal’s Office confirming that the
office has received the picture.
3. All pictures must be submitted on or before May 26, 2021.
