Dear Madam,

The Sta. Elena (Cam. Norte) College, Inc. Basic Education Department is on its peak of the school
year and is about to conclude 2020- 2021 with an amended graduation ceremony on May 7 and 8,
2021 at the DNDB Gymnasium.

We are still in the midst of the pandemic and the institution is joining the local government in its
fight against Covid-19 thus the school`s commitment to an even stricter health and safety protocols
as announced by the IATF and the provincial and municipal government such as the following:
a. The graduation ceremony will be divided into two days to make sure that all students,
parents, faculty members, and staff follow the physical distancing measure.
b. Each candidate for graduation can only bring one parent or guardian. Other company will
not be given a chance to enter the school premises.
c. A committee will provide Face Masks to all persons concerned.
d. All persons involved must bring and always wear Face Shields.
e. The seating arrangement during the ceremony will be done with more than one meter
distance from one another.
f. Upon entry, all students, parents or guardians, faculty members and staff will be directed to
the school disinfecting area which is built for its specific purpose.
g. The program proper shall be shorter with no invited speakers. Greetings and short speeches
from prayer to the keynote speech from the administrative heads will be delivered via
videorecording.
h. All suggestions from your office will be heed important by the institution.

You are also hereby informed that the graduation last year had been successful and there had been
no problem. This is why the institution is proud and confident that with your approval, the
graduation ceremony this year will also be a success, with all the persons involved safe, and healthy.
