March 15, 2021

Dear Grade 12 Parents:

Greetings of good health and peace!

The Integrated School Batch 2021 is almost at the end of their Senior High School journey. With
this, the Integrated School Grades 11 & 12 will publish a yearzine edition of IMAGE 2021, the
official Senior High School batch publication. Through a series of discussions and meetings, the
editorial board, and staff of the IMAGE 2021 has decided to go with the theme: Querencia which
literally means “beloved place”. Furthermore, the theme explains the UNORian identity as it gives
the students a place of belonging in the world, rooted to a particular memory experienced through
a literal or metaphorical landscape they call home.

In line with this, I would like to inform you that your child will enter the school premises on a
specified date between March 22 to 30 and April 5 to 26, 2021 for their scheduled individual
photoshoot at the HS ACC from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Each student will be paying the amount of
Php 250 which includes the photography fee for both formal and casual shots and one print out
copy of the formal photo. Moreover, the yearzine subscription is not compulsory to students.
Subscription orders will be open to the students after the yearzine launching.

Rest assured that university’s health and safety protocols will be strictly followed upon entry of
the students. Attached are the approved schedules of section photoshoot, photoshoot guidelines,
reply slip and activity permit, and university health protocols (Special Memorandum No. 002
Series SY 2019-2020).

It is our aim to give your child a lasting experience as he/she moves forward in the educational
ladder. We are thankful for your continuous support to the department.

In Caritas et Scientia,

Joy Borcelas, MAEd
