Training is very important tool for the organization to improvise the performance of all the personnel for

organizational growth and success. A well-trained employee will become more effective and productive.
By providing effective training and development. The majority of employees (80%) had negative
attitudes toward training and poor job performance. According to one study, measuring training
effectiveness in Malaysian firms is inconsistent, and most Malaysian managers lack formal management
education, which has a negative impact on their training efforts. In another study of 54 Malaysian
manufacturing firms, basic processes such as training needs assessment and training evaluation were
developed, but their implementation was poor. Furthermore, it was discovered that rather than using
recent audits of skills gaps, training needs analysis is reliant on historical data, such as job content or
corporate records, to identify training needs. Training evaluations were based on rating sheets that were
given to participants at the conclusion of training sessions and were therefore very individualized.
Wages are an estimation of what employees contribute to a company in exchange for the services or
production they provide. In comparison to other countries and continents in the world, Malaysia's
minimum monthly wage for employees is low. Poor pay and working conditions will make it more likely
for employees to show discontent and lose enthusiasm when it comes to attending training sessions and
using newly acquired skills in the workplace, which will increase their performance and the productivity
of the company. The aim of the training should be to enable the trainees to apply the new skills they
have learned in the job rather than just sending them off for training. In every organization, training and
development is viewed as a growth strategy.
