MINUTES OF THE THIRD EPTA MEETING

ACADEMIC YEAR (2022-23)

This was the fourth meeting in actual, however since there was less attendance in the 3 rd meeting which was

held on the 27th of September, the same was adjourned and the fourth was conducted.

The intimation of the meeting was sent to the EPTA members over mail on the 27, 09, 2022. The agenda was

shared along the mail which mentioned the below:

• Updates on the successful completion of Term 1

• Future expenses for improvement

• Fees update for the block year 2023-25

• Academic updates for the year ahead

• Upcoming events for the school Initiatives under Innovera Cares

The meeting started sharp at 8.35am


The meeting was chaired by the Chairperson of the EPTA Ms. Supriya Srivastava, the principal of the school.

She welcomed everyone for the meeting and set the tone of the day.

She shared and reminded everyone of the school’s nine values and requested them to help children follow the same
at home too. She furthermore informed that the values are the key essence of the school ethos and our guiding
principles.
Following the agenda, the Chairperson, shared with the EPTA members.

The updates on the completion of Term-1 were shared with the members. Some of the points were as follows:

 Response of the Internal/ portfolio submission was very positive from student.

 No re-examination was declared in advance for term 1 and hence we could see almost 99% of the children
attendance, in comparison to the PA1

 The marking scheme was shared, and also the alterations with orals for class 1 to 3.

The EPTA members were informed about future expenses for the improvement of the school. Some of the points are
follows:

 Interactive LED panels would be installed in some of the classes, to start with there would be 1 on each floor
and subsequently depending upon the costing the same will be gradually added.

 STEM/ Robotic labs depending on the cost would start either this year or the coming academic year.

 Math Lab and SST Labs would be improved and better equipped with more resources

 Play area with artificial lawns, Security cabin, and total revamping of SOLP are few more in the pipe line

 The school already has a wonderful team so to strengthen it further, add more experienced and qualified
team members in the upcoming year.

 The Principal lastly shared the future plan with EPTA members and their volunteer plans.

All the EPTA members were informed about the fee structure for the block year 2023-2025.

All the EPTA members fee for 2023-24 and 2024-25 as below with increase in the range of 12-13% depending upon
the classes.

Admin charges for delaying fee would be Rs.200/- per delayed week.
Academic updates for the year ahead were shared with the members which included the mention of Interact Club
under Rotary, sessions for children and parents. Starting of the 1st and 3rd Saturdays for students, and foster talks
including many others were shared.

Ma’am shared the disappointing attendance of class 8 – 10 students, for the career guidance session by CBSE. She
further informed as all the years Class 10 will not be involved in the extracurricular activities.
The EPTA members were informed about the upcoming events

Some of the expectations from EPTA members were communicated with them. EPTA members were requested to
take care of the following points:

 Guiding parents on safety during morning drop and dispersal and not halting or stopping Infront of the gate,
to ensure o traffic jams for the convenience of the villagers.

 Sharing feedbacks, suggestions and concerns of parents.

 Poor participation from parents in volunteer programs like Prabhat Pheri.

 Poor guidance from parents to students.

The school has started some initiatives under Innovera Cares. The EPTA members were informed about all the
upcoming and future initiatives of the school.

 Traffic Awareness Rally on 27/08/2022.

 Blood donation camp on 08/10/2022 by AFMC.

 Diwali Mela – Grain distribution on 20/10/2022.

 The parents and children visit to old age home as an initiative to help us get closer to the society.

 ‘Share fair’ initiative by Sudeep Pawar, the parent representative of SMC, to teach children to share old
clothes, toys anything that is in good condition with other students in school.

The meeting was open for discussion in which EPTA members were informed about Parents Get Together that they
have to lead.

Mr. Sandeep Memane and Mr. V.S. Kakumani volunteered for foster talks

The meeting was adjourned at 10.30 am.
