How can Studies have a negative impact on

students?
Over studying can cause mental distractions and make it difficult to retain
information. A lack of Studying can lead to low self-esteem and low sense of
values. Studying too much will make you spend more and more time closed off in
your room. Over study could make you stop socializing completely and noticeably
less. You may also struggles to find time to participate in activities or hobbies you
normally enjoyed. Many students sacrifice their sleep time which is actually
harmful for their mental health. Studies can also lead to real physical signs, for
example: headaches.
Study does not teach students how to live their lives, students must get other
activities to learn how to live their lives.
Studying too hard and too much can easily lead to burnout and leave your mind
frazzled on the test date. You will want to take breaks away from studying and
focus on the rest of your life. When you create your study calendar, make sure to
account for breaks as well as entire days off.
