    hereby solemnly declare that I am applying for admission in The University of Agriculture
    Peshawar with the consent of my father / guardian that the admission granted to me by the said
    University is on conditional basis as mentioned in the advertisement.

    2. I do undertake that I will clear my Admission Test i.e GAT general (NTS) or University Admission
    Test (UAT), within one year from date of my provisional Admission.

    3. I further undertake that incase I failed to clear my Admission Test, my admission shall be
    cancelled by the University and I will not claim my degree in any court of law.
